Can you supply the relevant documents?

Yes. We can provide most documents including bill of landing, invoice, packing lists and certificate of origin.

How can I know your flooring is consistent with your description?

Our principle is that quality is first and free sample is available for your evaluation. Before the production, we will also send you the production details sheet for your confirmation. During the production, each step is strictly controlled by the QC team, and the Floor Score, test certificates, CE certificates and SGS can be send for your reference.

What is the average production time? How can we be sure to get our flooring on time?

Our average production time is around 5-7 days. Our factory reach a daily production volume of 15,000 square meters and a yearly production volume of 5 million square meters. At the same time, our warehouse is well stocked which is able to meet the delivery cycle of customers during peak season.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance is against the copy of the bill of loading.

What’s your MOQ?

There is no minimum purchase quantity for our stock items. For products that are not in stock, the MOQ for production is 500 square meters per color from our E-catalog.

How to get samples? Is the sample charged?

Send inquires to contact the account manager to request the samples. The sample is free, you only need to pay the express fee.

Can you provide the floor accessories?

Yes, we also provide matching profiles such as skirting, glue, welding rod, tools,etc.
